Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Collidera account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to mantas@collidera.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
2. Send it from the email address your Collidera account is registered under, so we can verify the request is yours.
3. We will confirm the request and delete your account and data within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the email address associated with it.
• All hamster profiles — names, handles, avatars and wheel settings.
• Your full activity history — every recorded run, distance and chart.
• Sensor associations linking your devices to your account.
• Your entries on the public leaderboard.

What is retained

Anonymised, aggregated statistics that no longer identify you or your hamsters — such as the total distance tracked across all users — may be retained indefinitely, as described in the privacy policy. Crash reports already collected are anonymous and cannot be linked back to your account.
